These terms apply to your use of jwccreation.com and to commissions placed with JWC Creations, Pahrump, Nevada. By using the site or commissioning a piece you agree to them.

Commissions & pricing

Prices shown on this site (Tier I $100, Tier II $169, Tier III $279, and listed add-ons) are in US dollars and may change. Before you commit to anything, we confirm the price, what’s included and the expected delivery date for your commission.

Approvals, revisions & refunds

• You get unlimited revisions on the lyric draft before production begins.
• No charge is made until you approve the final lyrics.
• If you’re not satisfied before final approval, you’re entitled to a full refund.
• Once you have given both approvals — lyrics and mix — the commission is final and there are no returns.

Timelines

Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks from order. If you have a fixed date, we confirm whether it’s achievable before you pay, and may decline a commission rather than rush it. Shipping times for physical items depend on the carrier and destination and are outside our control.

Your material

You confirm you have the right to share the story, names, photos and other material you provide, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any commission we can’t authentically serve.

Ownership & use

Original songs, lyrics, videos, artwork and site content are created by JWC Creations. How you may use your commissioned piece (for example, personal use versus commercial or advertising use) is confirmed with you in writing for each commission. Please don’t copy or republish content from this website without permission.

Publishing

We only publish a commission in the ledger, gallery or testimonials with your approval, and ledger entries appear no sooner than three months after delivery.

Third-party links

This site links to services we don’t control, such as YouTube, Printful and Artistly. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JWC Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any commission is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
