This policy explains how JWC Creations (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit jwccreation.com or commission a song from us. JWC Creations is based at 2421 Thousandaire Blvd, Pahrump, NV 89048.

What we collect

• What you send us — your name, email address, phone number (if given), the occasion, your chosen tier and add-ons, and the story you share, whether by email, phone, text or our contact form. The contact form doesn’t store anything on this website; it opens an email from your own email app to us.
• Commission details — the intake answers, voice notes, names, photos and other material you provide so we can write and produce your piece, plus shipping details for physical items.
• Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running securely.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, quote and schedule your commission, write and produce your song and any add-ons, take payment, ship your order, and keep a record of the commission. We don’t sell your information.

Your story stays private

Your story stays private and is never shared or published without your separate, explicit permission. Ledger entries are published three months after delivery, and only with the family’s approval. You can ask us to remove a ledger entry, testimonial or video at any time.

Communications

If you contact us by phone, text or email, we’ll reply through the same channel about your inquiry or commission. We don’t send marketing messages without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Third-party services

Some parts of this site are provided by other companies, which may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies:

• YouTube — videos on our Gallery page load from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) only when you press play.
• Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
• Netlify — our site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores what you send through our contact and song forms so we can reply.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are served by Google.
• Printful — our merch shop link goes to a store hosted by Printful.
• Artistly — sample story-book flipbooks open on Artistly’s site.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits, and the other third-party services listed above may set cookies when you use them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep commission records for as long as needed to deliver your order, handle add-ons you order later using your commission number, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jwcthecreator@gmail.com or calling (702) 972-0872.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information directly from them. Stories about children are provided by parents, family members or other adults placing the commission.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
