About · The founder

One person, forty years behind the lens.

JWC Creations is John Cagle — a photographer, videographer and editor who found his way to songwriting through meditation, and then through a funeral.

“I started this journey when I realized I could use custom songs to deepen my own meditation practice. After friends and family heard the tracks I created, they loved them so much that I began giving them as unique gifts. However, it wasn’t until my mom asked me to create a piece for her brother’s funeral—and seeing how much comfort it brought to everyone there—that I truly realized the profound need for personalized music.”John Cagle, founder

My journey & experience

I’ve spent four decades capturing photos, shooting video and editing media. About two years ago I expanded into custom music and music video creation.

Before opening the doors I took numerous courses, drew on three decades of soundtrack research, and produced more than 50 songs. Since then I’ve published over 1,000 videos across two YouTube channels featuring original compositions.

The power of intention & music

For a long time I relied on meditation and spoken affirmations. Then I discovered what affirmation songs could do — listening while driving, vividly imagining the lyrics coming true. That breakthrough is what set me on this path.

I put real emotion into every composition. And if I can’t authentically serve the story you bring me, I’ll tell you so and decline the commission rather than hand you something hollow.

How it works

From story to object, in four sittings.

Nothing here is automated. A person reads your story, a composer scores it, and a single object is pressed to hold it.

I
Sitting I

You tell the story

A structured intake — voice note or written — captures the details, names, and moments that make it specific.

II
Sitting II

We compose & record

A songwriter drafts lyrics and melody around your story; you approve before full production begins.

III
Sitting III

We press the object

Disk is cut, cassettes are duplicated, or fabric is printed — each run small enough to be numbered by hand.

IV
Sitting IV

It’s entered & shipped

Your commission is logged into the ledger with its number, then packed and shipped with its certificate.

Every commission gets its own number

Your story is worth its own number.

Tell us who it’s for and what they mean to you. We’ll take it from there — and you’ll approve the song before anything is pressed.
