Eight questions, answered plainly.
Ordered by what actually stops people from starting — not alphabetically.
01How is this different from an AI song generator that just drops my name into a template?Objection · Is this actually custom?
It isn’t automated. A person reads or listens to your story, writes original lyrics and melody around its specific details, and gets your approval before anything is recorded. There’s no pre-written catalog to pull from — every composition gets its own entry in the ledger as a one-time creation.
02What if the song doesn’t turn out the way I hoped?Objection · What’s my risk?
You get unlimited revisions on the lyric draft before production. If you’re not happy before final approval, you get a full refund. Once you’ve given both approvals — lyrics and mix — there are no returns.
03Is $169 really worth it for a song and a print?Objection · Is the price justified?
Bought separately, the pieces in a Tier II commission would total over $590. The bundled commission is $169 — played every year for 20 years, that works out to about $8 a year.
04How long does the whole process take?Objection · Will I get it in time?
Typically 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. We cap how many commissions we take at once so each one gets full attention.
05Can you make it in time for a specific date, like a wedding or anniversary?Objection · My deadline is fixed.
We confirm whether your date is doable before you pay. If it isn’t, we’ll decline the order rather than deliver rushed work.
06What information do I actually need to give you?Objection · This sounds like effort.
A short intake — a voice note or written answers to a few prompts. It takes about 10–15 minutes.
07Do you ship internationally, and what does that cost?Objection · Logistics might not work.
Commissions have shipped to 19 countries. Digital downloads work everywhere; physical items ship worldwide, with shipping calculated for your address.
08What happens to my story — is any of it made public?Objection · This feels exposing.
Nothing is shared without your explicit permission. Ledger entries are published three months after delivery, and only with the family’s approval.
The only question left is whose story this is for.
No charge until you approve the final lyrics.
